Hi guys

I've got couple of questions and hopefully I'll find some answers...,please
Question 1:
Backup software: veritas backup Exec 9.1

At the end I've got ''Backup Alert: Job Completed with Exceptions 11 files were skipped''

Is it possible to rid of it?(9 files are ''Unable to open the items C:windows\system32\printers\fp0000.SHD'')

Cann't I delete that files?

Question 2:
At the moment I use Veritas Backup Exec 9.1.The problem is I don't have CD(Veritas Backup Exec 9.1), but I'have got CD(Veritas Backup Exec 10.)

If I want to do disaster recovery, will it work with Veritas Backup Exec 10 if I use older version for backup...?

Many thanks in advance.

You could use 10.0 but you can download the 9.x cd from support.veritas.com

I think you may be able to exclude the shd file from backup. There are probably not needed in a DR of the server.
