Veritas Backup Exec multi server edition 7.3

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have recently purchased a new tape drive HP DLT1 and I have installed it in the Backup Domain server. My intention is to use this tape drive to backup all the servers including the Primary one to the 80GB tapes it uses. I have managed to backup some stuff from one of the servers as a test. However when I want to restore back the data to ensure it is working fine I'm having trouble.
Even though I have run an inventory and cataloged the tape, when I select restore no volumes are shown, whereas it should show all the servers so that I am able to select the files to be restored.

When you show the media, what can you see inside the tape?

Would recommend continuing this thread in the Backup Exec forum rather than Exchange server...
