I get an error at the end of the log:
"Job completion status: Failed"

I check my tape, all of my files are backed up. It says job is compled and then it verifys and after that I have that error.

Anyone knows what could be a problem?

Yes, look in the Job History and you will probably see that there was one or more open files that were SKIPPED. That is why the job was marked FAILED even though it completed.

Specifically, go to the Activity Monitor tab
double-click on the job that failed
select the Job Log tab in the pop-up window
either view the job results in the window
or for better viewing click on the button marked
'View/Edit Job Log'

Skipped files will not cause your backup to fail. There are a number of words which you can find in your log file that can cause the backup to fail. Go to this Veritas web site for a list of those words " Click on 'View/Edit Job Log' and use the search to search for each of these words.
