I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same issue. When backing up my mailboxes and information store I get the following errors in the logs:

Unable to open the item <User_Name> [<user_account>]?BlackBerryHandheldInfo?BlackBerryCalSyncState?<No Subject> - skipped.
Access denied to file ?<User_Name> [<user_account>]?BlackBerryHandheldInfo?BlackBerryCalSyncState?<No Subject>.

I also get the following error everytime I open Veritas:
OFO: Insufficient system resources exist to initialize OFO.
I have found articles regarding these issues, but nothing has fixed the problem so far. I applied a patch that I found out on Veritas website for BackUp Exec Build 3878 for the OFO Insufficient Resources. Still did nothing. I still get these errors all the time. Can someone help?
