Veritas 8.5 and failed jobs

Hello everyone I am having some serious problems with this program.

First everytime I run a job it fails the error I get is

"ERROR: The Open File Option does not currently support the ability to follow mount points."

Now they want you to do two backups of the same data look here.


To me this is stupid. I just want to run one backup anyone else run into this problem what did you do thanks
