Verint Witness

Does anyone know how to acquire a set with Witness? I am having issues with Witness acquiring the AST-POSID.

I have that set up (AST xx xx) and ICRD in CLS. The problem is Witness will not acquire the some of the sets.

As you can see only the AST-DN(Witness) and TN(CCMA) are acquired.

Is there anyway to get Witness to acquire the AST-POSID also?

yes, if the posid is in the witness configuration, it will acquire it.

Does it require IAPG setting? I seem to recall needing IAPG 1 for witness in the past

yep yep good point iapg 1 (typically) but must be since DN is acq and posID is not, I think Wit is missing Pos config.
