Verint - Witness / Avaya certifications exams - any experience?

Hello tektippers

As some (few) of you knows I have tweaked with nice systems in the Avaya world for some years, and now most of my work is related with Nice on Cisco environments.

Anyway, theres a thing that makes me think, the relatively new agreement between Avaya and Verint - Witness for selling recorders with Avaya logo, but still being witness machines.

has anyone got success when presenting this certification exam?

would it be easy to pass with basic Witness knowledge, Avaya Knowledge, or got to be really trained and experienced managing this systems (Avaya Aura WFO and QM)

I sat (and failed) this exam last month. I'm already in a ACR and QM support role and found some of the questions in the exam annoyingly obscure and ambiguous and one of them was downtight incorrect.

I would suggest getting a copy of the installation manuals for QM and ACR and reading through them. I'm resitting my exam later in the month and they are the only materials I will be using to prepare.

Hi guy's

I've taking this examen and passed. It's true the questions are obscure and ambiguous. Some questions are Linux and some are how to configure Avaya CM. Nothing to do with ACR or QM. Some(few) questions are CS1000 related.
I payed 95$ for a test simulator and got some of the questions there. I did only manage to get 74 % right. Enough to pass...
