Verint not recording the first call made by agent

Hello,

I'am experiencing a problem that when the agent make the fisrt call of the day be it outgoing or recieved incoming that the verint ip recorder does not register the call.

Has anyone else come across this.

Is it DMCC/passive or Verint or legacy witness OEM recording?
