Verint extension numbers are showing up on agent's phone display -v11

The Verint extension is showing on the agent's display. Is there a way to remove this?

Example. What an agent sees on phone display is: 202-5544 SalesVDN
the 202-5544 is a extension in the Avaya PBX and isassigned to Verint recording.

PBX is Avaya CM release 6.0
