Trying to determine how many ports a Nupoint is licensed for.

Is it 306: [34] Module Port Enable ? (Being 34 ports)

Thanks in advance

The easiest way is to check the AMC record for that server. Other than that, you can check inside of the line group configuration to see how many lines are in the line group. Each of those lines are a voicemail port.

Yeah,,the AMC does not reflect how many ports you are licensed for ,and the line grp only shows you how many ports someone has assigned to it, or none if its a new system.

Thanks for responding though.

Well, I just checked and what I found is it does show the port count on a standalone system and it does not on a MASuite system not sure what the difference means especially with respect to SWA.

Standalone = [306] NuPoint Port Enable 8 (MAX = 120)
