Verify Windows producing Unix Directed error

Here's the situation - the client is trying to use the verify and/or recover command in nwadmin.exe in Windows. Receives a pop-up window stating "Use commandline recover for Unix directed recovery". This is when the client attempts to verify a Windows backup. Why is NW stating that this is a Unix directed recovery?

Ya Know... If I would pay attention to the posts I sent previously, I might be able to figure this stuff out on my own. The question I asked "Managing Legato from Windows" 605 clearly states that one can Administer Legato but you can only recover via commandline. Calgone take me away!
