Verify speed and duplex of PC port

Is there a way through software to verify speed/duplex of the PC port on a 9608? We are running CM 6.2

We want to be able to accoplish this without physically going to the phone. I have also read that you can SSH into the phone, however I have not found documentation for user name and password.
