Is there really a need to Verify Database in Crystal Reports 9 after adding NOLOCKs to code in a stored procedure. I understand that there is a need if you add new fields to the temp table that you select from but not sure if you do need to if you're just updating code. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't but not sure what the convention is.

Thanks,
Bessebo

If the data returned is altered, you'll need to, I only do so when Crystal pukes on the data source. I frequently alter them without doing so as well.

Thank you. I don't see a need to do it. dgillz, can you please elaborate when you say 'This is a requirement'. Thanks for both your responses.
