I'm searching for any documentation (other than the quick start guide) for the Pollable Storage Unit III (PSU3) that Veramark pushes on you when you install eCAS.
More specifically - I am looking for the hidden commands used to when interfacing with the device via the "B" I/O port. I know there are several "undocumented" commands that Veramark Support uses (if you call Veramark Support "support") when dialing into the PSU remotely.
Veramark says that they "can't send out that information/documentation" to which I say - "how much did I pay for this thing that I can't use how I want to?"
Any command list would be great -
