Ver 11 Greetings Disappear

Hi

Have a couple of customers that either the AA greeting of HG greeting disappears, works for a while then stops, when you access the mailbox press 1 to play back the greeting, no message. Record the greeting and it works for a while.

We have changed the names of the AA and HG, the issue returns.

We have replaced the SD card.

We have defaulted the systems and reprogrammed from scratch, the issue returns.

Any one have any other ideas ?

If you change the names then the recording will default.

Some one could also be changing them by accident.
Disable local recording for AA

Also you haven’t given us any detail regarding the ipo.
Software level,voicemail type, Ipo 500 or server…etc.
