Hello,

I dont know if this is an alowed post... Is anyone on here a Vendor in the Baltimore area, that I could hire to go to a site I have there. I work out of an office in Michigan, and need help in Baltimore.

So far I snet the site a hard drive, its a 200 runing 4.0. Lights just blink continuously still. starting to suspect BFT.

Thanks for the reply norstarboy125, the address is in a town called Jessup.

I had someone at the site connect a monitor to the system, it comes up during power up and says no OS. I have imaged another drive, and restored my data to it from a back up. I shipped it to the site for monday delivery. I will see if someone can switch it out for me. if they run into trouble, how much time do you need, if Jessup is close to you. and can I contact you through the web page in your signature?

Thanks.
Pete

Have you plugged in a serial port and watched the boot up sequence?.
If you don't see any Linux lines of data, then it could well be the hard disk. Just 9600 baud with a null modem adapter..

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Hard drive was the trouble, first one i sent must have gotten damaged in shipping or something, second one fired right up.

Thanks guys.
