My service provider upgraded their switch from a 5E to a DMS. Now I am having problems with my calls not going to voice mail from the Attendant console. Every thing was working fine before the upgrade. My provider is telling me that the problem is on my end. I really do need some input. Do I need to change the protocal settings. If so, where do I do this. This job was put on me and I'm not to telephone savy. I have a Definity G3 ver. 8 system. PLEASE HELP!!!!
