Our network has one domain, gpm-A. Recently we registered a 2nd domain name and had a third party create an mx record for this domain, gpm-B.
Equipment: Symantec Velociraptor 500, running v1.5 on Linux 2.2. Exchange 2003 (gpm-B address added to recipients policy).
We run DNS on an internal server which forwards to the, I think, firewall. The firewall forwards to two ISP DNS servers.
Outside mail is delivered to the inside for gpm-A just fine. Mail destined for recipients at gpm-B is stopped at the firewall and generates a 550 5.7.1 Domain invalid log message.
Can this be addressed in the firewall configuration or is this a patch problem? Of course Symantec does not support this model any longer. Can I use the Velociraptor 1100 patches on my model?
Thanks.
