Is it possible to queue/check to more than 3 skills in a vector?
I'm having an issue where I am queueing to 4 skills in a vector.
Calls are dropping through correctly to agents in the first 3 split, but available agents in the 4th split are not recieving calls when calls are queued and those agents are available.
I notice the call_rec table in CMS only displays the first 3 skills which a call queues to, so i'm wondering wether this is a system limitation?
