Vector Help with VM

Hello!! I wonder if anyone can help me. I am using CM5 & MM. I have a number that needs to go to VM if no agent answers within 5 rings.

The problem that I am having is, its queuing straight into the skill and only going to VM when an agent is busy on not logged in.

And all agents and stations are NOT on auto answer… What have I missed???
