VDN Trace?

We have a few vdns that are getting calls from unknown 800 numbers. Is there a way to find out which 800 numbers a call is coming in on? I tried "list vdn trace" but it wouldn't run, it would just drop my connection to the switch.

You cannot find this info in the switch. You need to get a hold of your carrier and see if they can provide you a toll free report that gives routing info (trunk and DNIS).

Your Toll Free Number provider should be able to tell you what TFN are going to that VDN based on what DNIS they are sending to you.

However, if is not one of the number they are providing you then you only option is to ask the person that calls in on the mystery number what number they are dialing.
