OK I ran into another problem. I was setting up my vector and now one of my VDN's is not working correctly. It use to be linked to a mailbox but now its just giving me a announcement. I checked the name and its still pointing to the same mailbox. All is the same cause I have made no adjustment to the VDN except for the vector group. Anyone know how I can link back to make this VDN to point to this voicemail box. Here is a copy of my vector and VDN page
The VDN # is 564 which is suppose to go to mailbox ext. 344.
When I dial the mailbox it works fine I here the message and all but when I try to dial the VDN # its going somewhere else.

1 goto step 15 if time-of-day is fri 16:30 to mon 08:00
02 goto step 15 if time-of-day is all 16:30 to all 08:00
03 goto vector 11 if staffed-agents in split 3 < 1
04 goto vector 7 if staffed-agents in split 7 > 0
05 queue-to main split 3 pri h
06 wait-time 2 secs hearing ringback
07 announcement 535
08 wait-time 20 secs hearing music
09 collect 1 digits after announcement 534
10 route-to number 564 with cov y if digit = 1
11 goto step 8 if unconditionally
15 collect 1 digits after announcement 530
16 route-to number 344 with cov y if digit = 1
17 disconnect after announcement none

Hi,
What do you think about to start with simpliest vector(?) for example:

01 collect 1 digits after announcement 530
02 route-to number 344 with cov y if digit = 1
03 disconnect after announcement none

If you'll have the same problem with no routing to collected digits so escalate more problems.
Check the vdn's COR-40 to access extension's 344 COR.
If you are using old tone detector TN748B it doesn't support digits prompting.

regards

instead of ROUTE TO use the MESSAGE command

messaging split/skill

Allows the caller to leave a message for the specified extension or the active or latest
VDN extension (default).

Syntax
messaging split <split #> for extension <extension>

the <split#> is the hunt-group number for AUDIX (or Intuity AUDIX)

This command causes the caller to be connected to the AUDIX or Message Center
split/skill so that the caller may leave a message for the specified extension

Dimas, announcement 530 is just for after hours. The mailbox 344 is not connected its just a mailbox so I cant tell it to go straight into ext. 344 cause it wont work. I am using VDN to direct it to the mailbox 344. But for some reason VDN 564 is not doing what its suppose to do even though in the name I have it as "TechSupCust.344" which is suppose to link to mailbox 344 am I correct. Instead when I dial VDN 564, its looks like its linked to one of my other VDN 532 that is saying the message "All of our tech are busy please hold or press 1 to leave a message." So I just get a loop to this message when I try to press 1 to go to leave a message for tech support. It is suppose to go to voicemail once I hit 1 but that vdn 564 is not directing me to the voicemail box.
