Vdn skills not working in Vector

The Vdn is set up with skills 1st 2nd and 3rd- the vector looks like below, 3 vdns point here set up with 1st 2nd and 3rd skill,if i call from outside and dial the vdn currently the calls play music even tho i have several agents available- if i dial the 5 dig extension from my desk- its fine. below the vector is the external trace, lastly is the internal (good trace)any obvious ideas I dont see it??? thanks!

I finally resolved this, while I had vdn override checked to yes on the vdn I was dialing to, I didnt on the main VDN previous to this one.. (originating number) once I checked that y all worked fine- thanks!
