VDN Name Does Not Display

I have a VDN that routes to a vector, but the name of the VDN will not display on the agent's telephone - the trunk group ID name appears. Any idea how I can get the VDN name to appear on the display?

Try 'change vdn xxxx'

Allow VDN override? - change to 'n'

I have tried that and it did not work. Any other suggestions or ideas?

The VDN Override N works for me but I am on CM3.0

Before 3.0 I used to use a work around (this burns an RTU license):

Make a station with the name you want to display
Add A coverage path to the VDN & Vector. When you call the station it routes to the agent with the name display on the station. (If the agent transfers or a coverage path transfers the call the ID name will be lost.)
