My toll free numbers are routed to me via DNIS digits. I want the VDN name field to display on the agents phones not the caller ani. How can I do this?

Thanks
Randy

This may be a dumb question, but are your DNIS numbers also VDNs? I always thought that ACD calls to an agent displayed the VDN name. Maybe all you need to do is change the VDN Names??

Hope that helps.

I have the exact opposite problem. We get:
CALLERS NAME to VDN NAME

We would like to see the phone number (ANI) and not the VDN name. Any ideas?

You should both go to the second page of the trunk form and look at the parameters "send connected number", "send name" and "send calling number".

Adjust them according to your wishes.

@skill1: set the allow vdn override parameter on the last VDn in the callflow to "n".

The parameters "send connected number", "send name" and "send calling number" only apply to outgoing calls.

They have no effect on incoming ISDN (non-QSIG) calls.
