I have a issue with what appears on the users display. I have a VDN that goes to a Vector that routes to a users phone. If a customer calls into the tollfree number and the vector routes the call to a sales person with coverage set to Y (see line 6,7,8,and 9 of the vector)the VDN name does not come across but the voicemail in the coverage path works. If I set the vector not to route to the the coverage path the VDN number comes across but the voicemail in the coverage path does not funtion. Below are the VDN and Vector I am using. I tried setting the VDN Override but that did not work because I am sending it to an extension. Thanks for any help.

I think pctech4u has set the vector to collect 4 digits to allow the caller to dial an extension number directly, or press 1 to speak to ... etc.
We use a similar setup and the VDN name is not passed to the station. I think that this is due to the fact that the VDN routes the call out direct to the station number and this ends normal call processing.

Thank you TykeUK... that is exactly why I collect 4 digits. The problem seems to be with the coverage. If I tell the vector not to cover then I get the VDN name but I do not get the coverage path of the users extension. If I tell the vector to cover then I get the coverage path of the users extenstion but no VDN name.

I've read through the documentation but can't get any clarification. It does state that calls with a "route to" step with cov = "n" will show the VDN name but I can't see anything about cov = "y".
The only way I've managed to get the VDN name presented is to route the calls to a ddc or circ hunt group. You'd need to create a hunt group for each extension so if this was on a very small scale then it would be ok if it's more than 2 or 3 people it would be a nightmare to administer.

TykeUK... I have 5 Toll-Free numbers with 15 extensions for this project. This is just one of the five Toll-free numbers. Thanks for your help.
