have VCX 7.1 and I have been having the following problem:
Some phones do not display the new message indicator when they have voicemails. The light is not lit and the display doesn't display pending messages. If you press the voicemail button you are properly connected to you voicemail and you can listen to your messages.
Rebooting the phone solves the problem temporarily.
Has any of you had this problem ? any suggestion on how to permanentry solve it ?
