VCR over ISDN Tandberg 770

I guess im still in the dark ages with ISDN..... I would like to ask, when setting up a tandberg 770, is it as simple as just hooking up the vcr to the right connections and it will play over the ISDN circuits as well as the video feed from the camera?

The video codec should have inputs and outputs for video and audio. These would be connected to the local codec from you equipment.
