Anyone know what VCN is ???

no... this is a nortel design feature i think that allows them access to the BCM desktop..it's a way to get passed unified manager... i think it's like PDT on the meridians

You use VNC to access the NT4.0 embedded desktop. There is a posting in the other BCM forum which provides details on how to do this. You need to download a VNC client (its freeware) and the VNC password utility to make this work.
