I'm being advised to switch to SIP trunks from PRI
I've read that you need VCM's for the SIP trunks.
I know there is a VCM card in there, but how can I tell how many channels it supports without opening it up.
I'm looking in the IP Office Manager, but I don't see reference to it.

Open monitor and in the first few lines it will say VCOMP=X with X being the number of channels :)

Keep in mind that you need to be on 4.0 or higher.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

If you have ISDN, then keep it. Much more stable than the internet connections that people tend to put SIP onto to save ££££.
