has anyone done an install with Convertech's Visual Call Manager (VCM) and an mics? if so...is it possible to force the user to use vcm to dial out calls, and not be able to just pick up the phone? i know its a stretch, but the customer asked the question, and from what i've seen it isn't possible, but i figured i'd ask. Any help would be great.
