We have VCIM connected to UCP100, for some reason when we use the VOIP channel of it to call between UCS clients there is no voice however the VCIM(MCIM) is working normally in case of audio conference.
Hello, One thing to check is the UDP Ports used by the VCIM
20000 - 20639 VOIP GW, Audio Channels - RTP/RTCP
20640 - 20895 MCIM GW, Audio Channels - RTP/RTCP
Its worth checking that your have port forwarding setup to the VCIM for the above UDP ports
