Hello Guys,
I am new to this group so first a hello to all of you. My question is regrading usage of the formula one component that comes with Visual dBase in VBA. I own a copy of Visual dBase 7.0. As you all know, VCI Formula One ActiveX component comes bundled with Visual dBase, free to distribute with applications developed with it. I have been working on a MS Access Project lately, and felt the need to use a spreadsheet component like formula one. So, is it fine to use VCI formula one component in VBA and distribute it legally with the application? (My application would be a freeware application.) Does the license mention anywhere that the component can only be used and distributed with Visual dBase applications?
Any kind of inputs would be valuable to me, as I can then look out for answers in that direction.
Thank You. Looking forward to replies from you guys.
Bye...
