vCard as Attachment filter/setting?

Ok, so of course there's a setting on the server side to restrict Out Of Office replies to send only once to a particular recipient... and there's a setting to prevent your Autosignature from being applied to Replies & Forwards... is it possible to prevent your attached vCard from being sent more than once to a particular recipient and/or keep it from being attached in replies & forwards?
Would this be a server-side or client-side setting?
