VC++ code to perform a poll which gives us a list of the online client

Dear Sir,
I am Akash from India and this is my second question in a row.

In my application (LAN related), the poll function which is called by an admin program , should result in a list of IP addresses of the clients who are connected to the network.

I would be grateful if somebody could give me a Windows-98 compatible VC++ code which will perform this poll.

Please Oblige and do the needful
