VBX Control called "CVBControl"

I need to convert a project that was developed in Visual C++ vers. 1.5, which is 16-bits used with Windows 3.x. I am using Visual C++ 6.0 which is 32-bits and I am having trouble with a VBX control called 'CVBControl', anyone know how I could replace this control with something that would be compatible with Visual 6.0??
