VBV Reference list

I am using some Excel VBA programs. How do I get the reference list programitically (Tools -> references)

Please let me know if any one got an idea.

If you reference the Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications Extensibility 5.x library then you have acces to the VBE.
A starting point:
For Each r In Application.VBE.VBProjects(1).References
Debug.Print r.Name, r.IsBroken, r.FullPath
Next
