vbscript to scan AD computers for either of 2 services

I want to have a script scan AD for computers and then look on each of them for either of 2 services. Is this possible? If it finds either service I want to run a command against the remote machine.

What you want to do, then, is:
1) connect to AD
2) do a search for computer's names
3) use WMI to connect and get a list of services
4) parse the list for the services you want
5) run the command if you want to!
