Vbscript opens htm file in vista ie7 problem

Hello,

I have written an login script in VBscript which opens an internet explorer windows and shows the user what it is configuring.

This is working great on windows 2000 en windows xp.
But when i run the script on windows vista, the page is blocked by internet explorer and the script stops running.
When i deselect in the internet security the security modus, and then run the login script again. Now the script runs fine.
Can someone help me howto bypass this? or something else?

I have succeeded this.
i copy now the htm file to the local machine. and on this machine i run the file.
