VBScript help needed

I am in need of automating the selection of a security setting in MS Outlook 2003 for all of my users. The security setting within MS Outlook 2003 is as follows:

Tools>Options>Security>"Encrypt contents and attachments for outgoing messages"

(Currently working in WINXP environment)

I would like to create a VBScript to select this setting, forcing users to encrypt every outgoing email message. My struggle comes with finding the appropriate Registry Key that relates to this setting. Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated!

I don't have 2003. Here's the key in 2007. Hope it helps
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\[red]12.0[/red]\Outlook\Security\InitEncrypt = 2

Note: Outlook 2003 is part of MS office version 11.0

You may be better off enforcing this via group policy, rather than a script (and yes, you can use group policies in a workgroup environment)
