VBScript Help: Hidden Authentication

Does anybody know how to authenticate a VBScript within an intranet, so that it doesn't disable it or cause a pop-up when it's executed inside of a page? Please help me. My job depends on it. If I don't get this fixed in 2 days or so, then I could lose my job. :(

P.S. Lowering security settings for the entire network is impossible due to security risks. (we've had 2 vbs worms in the last 2 weeks)
