VBScript - Copy to Public Folder

I am trying to put together some Script that will Prompt me, asking if I want to send a copy of of this calendar item to a certain public calendar folder. (The Departments calendar) Also, to have it update those copies if the original item is changed. If anyone has already done this or has built any of the Outlook forms that will automatically send a copy to a public folder I would love to see your script. This doens't sound like it would be that difficult.
