VBScript Combining TIF images as PDF

I need a little help. I've managed to put together a script that will unzip a zip file, extract its TIF file contents, combine those images into a PDF file, and then open that file. The issue is it generates a runtime error and I can't figure out why. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
