Can somebody tell me how to open a .vbe file?

Are you wanting to edit this vbscript? If so you will need a program from Microsoft called screnc. Once you have that just enter on a command line the following:
screnc c:\file.vbe c:\file1.vbs

once it's done you will be able to edit the .vbs file.

Ok I found srcenc.exe but this seems like a encoder how do I decode the file?

I would like to write a code in VBScript that prompt a visitor to login with username and password before viewing the rest of the page. The username and password are varable string types that are initialised. Any help will do.
