Hi,

I have an Access table that includes a memo field. The memo field contains commments that frequently contain a vbCrLf character.

When I export the resutls to Excel, the comments are split onto new lines each time a vbCrLf is encountered, however there is also a square box at the end of each line.

Is there anyway I can get rid of the square boxes?

Many thanks,

Ed Metcalfe.

Get rid of the vbCr (Chr(13)) during the export.

Hope This Helps, PH.

Thanks PHV. I hadn't realised Excel only uses a linefeed character.
