I'm afraid you're looking at it? 
I know some XL VBA and Vbscript but having tough time wrapping myself around OLK. I miss the recorder

I'm afraid that you'll need to become familiar with the Outlook Object Model. Not too many in the forum do Outlook VBA, but there are enough of us that understand VBA principles that could provide some help.
BOTTOM LINE: you're gonna need to do the heavy lifting.
