Don't know of any tools. You might try running the VB6 to VB.NET migration tool (it might get most of your VBA code moved over). And VB.NET is almost as good as C#.
For a serious project, I would start over from your list of requirements. Since VBA has essentially no strong data-typing, you'd probably need a fresh start anyway.
