VBA Test for PDF Security Setting

[absolutely]

Anyone know if there's a way to determine if a PDF is secure without opening it?

...and no, I'm not looking to crack it, just keep my program from crashing when encountering secure PDFs.

I'd imagine you'd have to look into the file's properties. Not sure whether or not that is possible, but I'd look at pdf file handling within VB/VBA for a start. There may be some add-in or method you could use to do that.
