Where can I find information regarding to changing parameters for a PIVOT chart? I have a Pivot chart that has year (2005, 2006) parameter and would like to change it depending on the year within VBA prior to displaying the Chart.

Is there any books, articles and/or code examples that you can direct me?

Thank you for your collaboration.

Hi,

Check out HELP on the PivotTable Object in the VB Editor.

Is the year in a row, column or page field?

Row or column fields have a Visible propperty.

Page fields can be assigned using the CurrentPage property.

Skip - Thank you for the information. Going back to your question, the year is a column in the table.

Thank you again.

If year is a column in the pivot table then you can assign true or false to the visible property in order to only shoe a single year.
