Hi,

I have this file (see attached sample). It has text fields:

Mr/Ms
Name
Date
Business
Clauses

I would want to enter these via the userform, which loads when the word file opens.

Data entered in the form will populate in the Word file.

Among the fields in the example are:
Text boxes with drop down
Text boxes
Radio buttons
Check Boxes
Checklist values

However, the sample doesn't seem to work, can you help make this work. The checkboxes corresponds to paragraphs being added or removed.

I've added here the working file which I need to apply the sample.doc VBA to
Thank you

Doesn't seem to work is not informative. What does not work? Are you getting error messages? If so, what ones?

Let me guess.

You are getting: Error 5941 The requested member of the collection does not exist.

And indeed, it does not.

Yes, that's the error message of the
sample, how do I get it work please? Thanks

How do you get it to work. By not making spelling mistakes.

Use Option Explicit. You have a spelling error. In other words, Word and VBA are doing everything correctly. YOU made a mistake. Use Option Explicit. It catches these spelling mistakes.
